MTG — Campaign Pt. 6

I need to title this one…”with my mind on my money and my money on my mind.” Laid back. Good Lord, I’m imagining ridiculous scenes of some party at Olivia Voldaren’s crib. “Sippin’ on Blood and Nous” Wow.

Thats just terrible. Anyway, heres another rough draft…any strong feeling one way or another for currency names?

On Innistrad, silver is used for religious symbols, magic wards, and anti-werewolf weapons. I don’t think they’d waste silver on coins. I think this is a unique place were gold is worth less that silver, and that only the supper rich use silver for non-practical purposes.

Thats an awesome point! Using silver seems extra indulgent and lavish…just flaunting a disregard for concern.

Maybe adding brass to fill its place? Or some sort of differently pressed (or cut) gold coin?

      • Robin says:

You could always go the Ero route and go coppers -> bits(ie. pieces of eight)/quarters/some other proportional measure of gold -> gold and cut silver out of the currency picture as I think CK is right: Silver is a commodity on Innistrad, not $.
