you should have taken divination over headless skaab, divination is underacted. Can you guys try to make a deck where you would play Trepanation Blade? Milling people is a fun but hard enough that it isn’t a cheesy victory.
1. Watching you guys for a while, appreciate the content. In addition to the draft videos, the various rants, finest hours, and failbags are just good geekdom.
2. Randomly, I was watching channelfireballs’ GP Salt Lake City coverage, specifically the judges’ rules panel. And a voice that sounded like JMatz answered a question about the use of painted back card sleeves. Any chance that was actually you?
1. Glad to hear it. We sometimes wonder whether anyone cares about anything other than the Magic.
2. It appears you greatly overestimate our role in the Magic community. They may have used my play in Grand Prix Lincoln as an example of what not to do, but I figure the only time I’ll be in the presence of a judges’ rules panel is in some sort of tribunal. It may turn into a judges’ firing line.
I’d appreciate some role playing content from Bob, George and Nick.
So would I.
Alas our schedules have been incompatible for such things and Herding Cats was such a mess of voices it was hard for anyone to follow. Maybe I can get a small group of two or three specifically for that. It wouldn’t be Bob or Nick (probably); would any one be interested if it wasn’t them?
Let me know.
We have a couple short-run things recorded (I dont know how fun it is knowing that its not a big campaign…I think its still entertaining) that are uploaded and able to be posted if thats of any interest.
Once we can release all this playtest material we’ve been playing with, there should be a HUGE influx of RPG podcasts we can post!
That said, I think there is a good chance that with Bob’s changing schedule (fridays may soon be off-limits) we may actually be able to do some specific rpgs for the site…Personally, I wrapped up a TON of freelance videos and am taking a much-needed long break from accepting any more work. SO, I’m super excited to fill that free-time with gaming!
