Everything old is new again (save ends).
Well done WOTC…I had been pretty quick to defend the perceived lack of ‘fluff’ as Edition-War fodder, but maybe there was a slight grain of truth to it as this book just feels so rich with monster backgrounds that I can’t help but feel the Monster Manual 1 to be a bit lacking. Having said that, I can give the first MM of a new edition a pass for just needing to be BIG and BULKY so we could start slaying right away! Continue reading
